absolutely to visit!
Teatro Arsenale, fascinating and unmissable place, located in a building dating back to 1272 in the central Via Cesare Correnti. The building originally was a place of worship dedicated to Saints Simon and Jude. In 1300 there was a famous trial of the Inquisition, one against Maifreda da Pirovano, “humiliated” related to the family of Matteo Visconti, lord of Milano. Over time, the church was annexed to the College of Halki and Taeggi.
